1. Introduction
Welcome to GTSJ LIMITED ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you have the full power and authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Accounts
To use certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to change our fees upon 30 days' notice.

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GTSJ LIMITED and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to close your account.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall GTSJ LIMITED be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
